How to take full advantage of our website?
Any products you are interested in can be moved to "Quote Cart". To put something in Quote Cart start searching or browsing through our products. When an item interests you, click the Request Quote button and your item will be added into your Quote Cart until you are ready to check out (Submit your request).
If applicable - please state frequency of the orders so we can calculate your volume discounts.
Once we receive your email we’ll get back to you with the prices.
What types of payment do you accept?
Qualis International, Inc. accepts the following forms of payment:
- TERMS (15 day), subject to credit approval
- Personal or Corporate checks
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer
- Paypal and credit card (through Paypal)
- C.O.D. - cash on delivery
We do not accept Debit cards at this time
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, one case.

When will my order ship?
We have the same day shipping anywhere in the continental United States.
How do I track my order?
You will get a tracking number.
Can I have orders drop-shipped to my customer?

What is your return policy?
Return Policy
30 Day Guarantee: Return any item for any reason within 30 days for a refund. Note: Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on canceled orders, subject to inspection and 15% restocking fee.
Returning the item
Contact Qualis: Call 1-949-766-6133 (6am-5pm Mo-Fri) for Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and further instructions.
- Write the Return Authorization Number/Order Number on the outside of the package.
- Send the item back to the warehouse it came from.
If Qualis or the manufacturer is at fault, we will send you a UPS ARS label to return the product free of charge. Call Qualis Customer Service at 1-949-766-6133 for the return label and for help obtaining a replacement item. Otherwise the customer will be responsible for shipping charges + 15% restocking fee.
What Is Mil Thickness?
A "mil" is a unit of thickness equal to one thousandth of an inch. To convert mil to inches take mil & divide by 1000. Thus, a 2 mil bag would be .002 inches thick. Ex: 2 mil/1000 =.002 inches
To convert mil to gauge, take mil and multiply it by 100. Ex: .80 mil x 100 = 80 gauge.
