We are proud of the strong relationships we have built with our suppliers, many of whom have been working with us for many years. And we are always looking to expand our supplier base to accommodate our growing customer base. To that end, we periodically review our relationships and add new suppliers as needed.

Qualis is part of the Supplier Diversity Program and we actively participate in the program through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) as well as Supplier Diversity Business Opportunity Trade Fairs around the country.

We recognize the importance of diversity and we value it.

Our supplier diversity strategies are :

• Respect for the broad spectrum of diversity that exists within our workforce and our customer base.
• Partner with our diverse business communities to contribute to their overall economic growth and to the expansion of our markets.
• Utilize proactive business strategies that mirror our diverse customer base while offering our suppliers access to procurement opportunities.
• Promote and increase business opportunities for Minority, Women and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (M/W/ and DVBEs) to ensure that they receive their fair market share.

Strengthening the diverse business community economically contributes to the overall economic growth and expansion of our markets. Therefore, it is our objective to offer M/W/DVBEs equal access to purchasing opportunities. In addition, it is Qualis’s goal to assist in developing and growing such businesses.
